Website Terms
These terms apply when you use the Coastal Community Physio website. By using the site, you agree to them.
They cover the website only. If you become a client, your service agreement covers the physiotherapy services themselves.

Because we're on the road between visits, calls often go to voicemail. Messages are returned within 1–2 business days.
In an emergency, call 000
Don't use this website, the enquiry form, the referral form, email or voicemail to seek urgent help. None of them are monitored continuously.
For urgent but non-emergency advice, call your GP or 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84).
General information only
Everything on this site — including the What we help with page and our FAQs — is general information. It isn't personal health advice, an assessment or a treatment plan, and it isn't a substitute for being seen by a qualified practitioner who knows your situation.
Any exercises or approaches described here haven't been prescribed for you and may not be safe for you.
Reading this site, sending an enquiry or making a referral doesn't make you our client. That starts when we've accepted the referral and a service agreement is in place.
Our services
We provide mobile physiotherapy under Support at Home, the NDIS, and privately.
NDIS participants must be aged 18–64 and self-managed or plan-managed. We are not able to provide services to agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants, as those supports must come from registered providers.
We visit homes across the greater Sunshine Coast — see our Contact page for the areas we cover.
What's described on this site is current at the date above and may change. It isn't an offer of service. Our capacity varies, and we may decline or discontinue a referral where it's outside our scope, can't be delivered safely, or would be better met elsewhere. If that happens we'll tell you early and suggest alternatives.
Referrals and enquiries
Submitting the enquiry or referral form starts a conversation — it doesn't create a booking. We acknowledge referrals within 1 business day and respond to general enquiries within 1–2 business days. These are commitments we work to, not guarantees.
If you're referring someone else — as a provider, coordinator, plan manager, GP or family member — you confirm that the person knows about the referral and consents to it, and that you're authorised to give us their information.
Please keep clinical detail in the form brief. Web forms and email aren't secure. If there's a lot to convey, or anything sensitive, call us instead and we'll take it over the phone.
Fees and funding
Funding information on this site is a general guide. What applies to you depends on your funding type, your plan and your assessed needs, and will be confirmed in writing before we start.
Program rules — including Support at Home contribution settings, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and cancellation requirements — are set by government and change from time to time. Where they change, the current published rules apply, not this website. See Fees & funding for more, or call us.
Privacy
We're a health service provider, so we're bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles regardless of our size. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and how to access or correct it.
Email, SMS and web forms aren't secure. Please phone us to discuss anything sensitive.
Using this site
You may print or download content for your own personal use, or to share with your treating team, family or support network. Otherwise the content — including text, images, our logo and the Coastal Community Physio name — is ours and shouldn't be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.
Please don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no submitting anyone's information without authority, no scraping contact details, no sending unsolicited commercial messages to addresses published here, and nothing that damages or disrupts it.
We link to other sites, such as My Aged Care and the NDIS Commission, because they may help. We don't control them and a link isn't an endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site available and current, but can't guarantee it. Aged care and disability rules, pricing and program settings change frequently. If something matters to your decision, check it with us or with the relevant authority before relying on it.
Your rights and our liability
Nothing here excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded, including the guarantee that services are provided with due care and skill.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: you use this website at your own risk, and we're not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from relying on general information without getting individual advice. This does not limit our responsibility for the physiotherapy services we provide — those are covered by your service agreement and by law.
Feedback and complaints
We'd rather hear about a problem than not. Contact us on 0477 252 899 or admin@coastalcommunityphysio.com.au.
You can also go straight to an external body at any time, and you won't be disadvantaged for it. See our Feedback & complaints page for who to contact and how the process works.
Professional registration
Physiotherapy services are provided by a physiotherapist registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia through Ahpra. Registration: PHY0002787535
Advertising of regulated health services is governed by section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law. We aim to keep this site accurate and free of any claim that creates an unreasonable expectation of benefit. If you think something falls short, please tell us.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the effective date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
