Support at Home. Physiotherapy is a clinical support under the program — no participant co-contribution applies under current rules, and travel is included in our pricing. Costs are drawn from your quarterly budget under your arrangement with your registered provider, so the simplest path is to ask your provider or care partner how physiotherapy fits your budget — or have them call us.

NDIS. Rates align with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, usually funded from Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living, with travel charged as set out in the Pricing Arrangements. We work with self- and plan-managed participants aged 18–64, and every service starts with a written service agreement.

Private clients. Contact us for current fees. No referral needed, no funding required, no lock-in — some clients use private visits while waiting for Support at Home approval or an NDIS plan to start.

Cancellations. Life happens — we just ask for a minimum of 2 business days' notice so the time can go to someone else. Cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement and follow the applicable Support at Home and NDIS rules.
